A free avenue for women to deal with the toxic relationships that they encounter through personal and professional interactions. Free is critical. Often women don't have the ability to reach out and they don't even know they're in toxic relationships. Those toxic relationships etch away at their confidence and their true selves.

United by Strength: Navigating Life's Challenges with Courage and Community Wisdom
I Love this group! Today we put our heads together and with respect and support we helped our friend , who is struggling with a toxic family situation, work through some possible options and next steps. The purpose of this group is to learn from one another and not make the same mistake twice! Life will always throw us challenges. It is how we deal those challenges that helps us move on and be happy with the person we are! Be true to you! Mary Ellen had an amazing quote earlier today I would like to share. When we start to question ourselves with "How do I know this is the right decision?" The answer should be simply, "whatever decision you make, will be the right one!" Until next time.
Empowering Reflections: Embracing Self-Worth and Community Support for a Healthy New Year
Our last session of 2023 was extremely inspiring! We enjoyed an hour of brave women sharing their challenges and receiving support from a community of caring, like-minded people. Self worth should not be dependent on what people think of you, but how you feel about yourself! We often look for validation from others to justify the decisions we make. Does our opinion matter less than someone else's? We must learn to believe in ourselves! If we do not take care of ourselves and put ourselves first, no one will. As we enter the new year, let us all remember, "We are worthy of happiness, we are deserving of love, and we are committed to forming healthy relationships. Happy Healthy New Year!
Framing Happiness: A Journey Through Focus, Resilience, and Self-Discovery
It was comforting to see that we are not alone in our struggles. We shared ways to become unstuck. Learning to look for kindness and realizing that "You Matter" is vital to being happy. You can only count on yourself. I was given this quote a few days ago and I would like to share:
"Life is like a camera,
Focus on what's important,
Capture the good times,
Develop from the negatives,
and if things don't work out,
Take another shot"
Happy Holidays!!!!

Unity in Community: Finding Strength and Support Together
Our recent community meeting showcased the power of unity and mutual support. Everyone faces struggles at some point, and having a space where you can openly share, shed tears, and lighten your burdens is incredibly therapeutic and transformative. Life's journey, filled with various stressors and challenging individuals, requires us to focus on personal growth. By enhancing our own resilience and skills in handling difficult situations and people, we move forward, one day at a time.

Brave Women Share Insights on Navigating Mother-Daughter Toxicity: Learning Resilience and the Power of Community Support.
I would like to offer a short overview of our last session. Within our community of very brave women, a few shared how difficult their toxic relationships have between mothers and daughters. We learned that toxic relationships are prevalent in all aspects of our lives. We cannot change others, but we can change how we react to their actions and behaviors. Sometimes we need to distance ourselves, make sure we bring our own support with us when we have family gatherings, and simply, try not to engage, when we can. We are all evolving and learning how to become stronger and healthier women. We are not alone.....we have each other!
Celebrating Support, Self-Worth, and Trusting Your Instincts
Hello beautiful women! Today was an amazing display of support and community! We discussed the difficulty with break ups, especially if they are not chosen or decided by us. Sometimes we think someone loves us, but their actions and words say differently. We are all deserving of love and being loved in return. When something doesn't feel right in your gut, it probably isn't.
Fostering Empathy, Community, and Self-Care in 'Find Your Voice Now
Good afternoon! Our session yesterday demonstrated how important and valuable it is to have a safe space to share your struggles. A few women truly opened up about the difficulties that they were experiencing and our community reached out to make them feel comfortable and truly not alone. This is what "Find Your Voice Now" is all about: Women helping Women. We, as women, often want to help everyone else, and forget to take care of ourselves. Reminding ourselves that "We" are worthy of happiness is a huge part of practicing self care and self love.
In our journey to find our power and our voice we must be fearless!
We just completed our Special session and had an intense conversation about how we react to the toxic people in our lives. We learned that we carry those lessons with us into our other relationships and even our interactions with strangers. As highly sensitive people, our ability to feel for others is a gift but without boundaries it is potentially harmful to us.
Exploring Inspiring Insights: Recognizing Toxic Relationships and Embracing the Power of Love and Healing
Our session was extremely inspiring! I would like to thank all the lovely women that joined us. We discovered that there are many forms of toxic relationships. No matter which type, if it hurts you, it is still wrong and is worth the time to work through it. I would like to repeat what one of our members so eloquently said, "Family is Love, not Blood".
Fostering Healing Together: Empowering Women to Break Free from Toxic Attachments and Embrace Resilience
Well, we did it again! This group of amazing women jumped in with helpful information and positive reinforcement for someone reaching out for help. We discussed our attachment to the abuser and how to let go of the toxic people in our world. The term 'trauma bonded' was explained and seemed to resonate with each one of us. This is how our individual stories can help many people. Thank you all for your suggestions, support and love.
Navigating Complex Bonds: Empowering Mother-Daughter Relationships Through Boundaries and Fearless Growth
Today's discussion was so worthwhile and impactful! We discussed in detail about the dynamics of the mother-daughter relationship and we discovered that they are not all cookie-cutter perfect! Setting boundaries for ourselves are also important for those relationships that may seem like they shouldn't need them, but they do! We also talked about the importance of letting go of our "fear of failure". It takes a lot of reflection and introspection, but together we can help each other become empowered and fearless!
Empowering Autonomy: Cultivating Supportive Networks and Choosing Healthy Relationships
Great session today! The theme today dealt with the desire for 'autonomy'. The road can be difficult and lonely, but establishing a network of friends you can trust, can provide you with the strength to stay the course! We also discussed that "just because their family" doesn't mean we have to accept them in our lives. We are worthy of healthy relationships!
Embracing the Power of Choice: Decoding the Essence of True Happiness
Happiness is a CHOICE
Not a result
Nothing will MAKE you happy
Until you choose to be HAPPY
No person will MAKE you happy
Unless YOU decide to be HAPPY
Your Happiness
Will not come to you
It can only COME FROM YOU!

Fearless Self Love
Whenever I choose to love myself, no matter the circumstances surrounding me, I am practicing fearlessness.
I love myself fearlessly. I love myself as beautiful, good and worthy - no matter what else is happening around me. My self-love keeps me well and happy. I nourish my self love with daily acts of sacred self-care. This is the source of my true power. I listen to and value the guidance of my inner wisdom. In the face of negative messages and faulty beliefs, I return to the natural feminine at my core and celebrate this ground of being within myself. And I always return to self-love. In this way, I practice fearlessness.

Empowering Self-Care through Boundaries: From 'Yes' to 'No' with Confidence and Compassion
Setting boundaries is something we all have to do in order to better ourselves and take care of ourselves.
(Where are my people pleasers??
Starting small with things by saying “no” when needed and feeling confident about it is very helpful.
Feelings of guilt do not equate to setting healthy boundaries. You can set boundaries with people, family, friends, work, and even yourself to allow the time and freedom for rest.
